Key Configurations

Pre-milling:The pre-milling device consists of a high-speed milling cutter and a driving motor, which can precisely mill off the burrs and unevenness on the edge of the plate, providing a flat base for the subsequent edge banding adhesion.

Gluing:15-minute rapid heating reduces preheating and startup waiting time, improving production preparation efficiency; the tool-free glue change system enables quick cleaning and switching without additional tools, significantly reducing glue change time and downtime losses.

Front and end cutting:The front and end cutting cuts the ends smoothly with high-speed rotating tools, ensuring a natural transition between the edge banding and the board, with smooth edges, and eliminating defects such as "exposed ends" and "burrs".

Rough trimming:The tool angle and rotation speed can be flexibly adjusted according to the material of the edge banding to prevent edge chipping.Meanwhile, the height is automatically determined based on the thickness of the board to avoid damaging the board, laying a precise foundation for subsequent fine trimming.

Key Configurations

Fine trimming:It is equipped with two independent high-frequency motors, which drive special fine knives through high-speed operation to deal with the tiny burrs remaining on the upper and lower sides of the panel after rough trimming, making the edges smooth and flat, hereby enhancing the texture of the finished product.

Corner rounding:The corner rounding device precisely trims the excess part of the edge banding by tracking the radian of the plate's corners, ensuring a perfect fit between the plate's corners and the edge banding.

Scraping:The scraping device removes tiny burrs or marks on the surface of the edge banding caused by trimming with a special scraper, making the edge feel smoother.

Polishing:The polishing device cleans excess glue stains on the board and polishes the edges with cotton polishing wheels, making the edges smoother and tidier.
