Laser Source

Raycus/MAX/IPG, multiple choice
Different brands, different laser power are available. The higher power, the thicker cutting thickness. Supply laser power from 1kw to 12kw, and more higher 15kw, 20kw, 30kw.

 

 

Water chiller:

When laser head cut metals, there will produce some hot energy in laser head and laser device. Water chiller is for cooling this two parts. Laser head part, mainly cooling the mirrors. Temperature in the water chiller is auto adjustment, mainly set up with 25 degree around.Water in chiller should be pure water.

 

Laser Cutting head

3 pieces of protection lens, highly effective protection of collimating focus lens. 2-way optical water cooling, effectively extending the continuous working time. Auto focus save time for operator, easy to learn.

Independent Cabinet

Independent control cabinet, biggest protect the electrical components, servo driver, laser source. Cabinet with the air conditioner, also could cooling the parts.

 

After Sales Service

 

3 years quality guaranty (2 years for laser generator), the machine with main parts(excluding the consumables) shall be changed free of charge when if there is any problem during the warranty period.

Q: How to install and run the machine?
A: Our technician have installed the machine before shipping. For some small parts installation, we will send detail training video, user's manual along with the machine. 95% customers can learn by themselves.
